Sega has released a detailed video showcasing the ‘showbiz’ systems in Stranger Than Heaven, a title from Ryu ga Gotoku Studio set for launch on January 15 across Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC via Steam. The footage explains how players discover musical inspiration, compose tracks, and manage promotional activities within the game’s narrative framework.

The story spans fifty years of Japanese history, moving through locations such as Kokura in 1915, Hiroshima in 1929, Osaka in 1943, Shizuoka in 1951, and Tokyo in 1965. It follows Makoto Daito, who travels from San Francisco to Japan after losing his parents, seeking a place to belong.

Cast members include Tokuma Nishioka, Cordell Broadus, and Takashi Ukaji. The theme song features performances by Snoop Dogg, Ado, Tori Kelly, and Satoshi Fujihara.
