The official website for the live-action film adaptation of Ryō Nakama’s manga High School Family: Kokosei Kazoku began streaming a new clip on Tuesday. The footage depicts the Ietani family performing at their school’s cultural festival and features the original song “Kizuna.” The movie is scheduled to open in Japan on January 8, marking a delay from its originally planned fall 2026 release date.

Directed by Tôichirô Rutô with a script by Makoto Ueda, the film stars Yuno Nagao, Shingo Katori, Jun Saitō, and Riisa Naka as the titular family members. The theme song “Kore mo Seishun da” is performed by the group Yuzu.
