Voice actress Maaya Uchida has released the music video for her new digital single titled “COMPRESSION :[” on her official YouTube channel. The track serves as the ending theme for the upcoming television anime series The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World II, which is scheduled to premiere in Japan on October 8. Uchida also provides the voice for Carol Caroline, one of the main characters in the production. This release marks a continuation of her musical contributions to the franchise, as she previously performed the ending song for the first season in 2023. The new single follows a series of other anime themes she has delivered throughout the year, including tracks for Chained Soldier Season 2, The Drops of God, and Hanaori-san Still Wants to Fight in the Next Life. This achievement highlights her consistent output across four consecutive cours in 2026. The second season will be produced by animation studio Zero-G under the direction of Masahiro Takata. Crunchyroll will stream the series simulcast for international audiences in multiple regions starting from its Japanese broadcast date.
